About

Welcome to my Blog. I hope you’ll find my site enjoyable and you’ll visit often. I’ll do my best to inform and entertain. If you’re interested, allow me tell you a wee bit about myself. I married my highschool sweetheart shortly after graduation. This year we’ll be celebrating our 39th anniversary. We managed to raise a son and daughter of which we are rather proud. Now grandchildren are coming into our lives and we feel totally blessed.

A whopping event is about to happen to me soon. My novel, Stubborn Hearts, is about to be published as an eBook! I’m not really one to ring my own bell, but I’ve received some great reviews on this story. It’s a romance, set in the beginning of the 1900’s in a small western town. The two main characters are a school teacher and a blacksmith.

But enough about my book. If you want to know more about it, I plan to post some teasers in some upcoming blogs. Maybe they’ll tempt you to buy my book. I’d be eternally grateful!  😀

Hi Judy. I do remember the family, but the only daughter of Les and Dorothy Freeborn I remember is Joan. Is that by chance a younger sister or did you go by Joan then? I’m so glad you enjoyed my book. I am working on two other romance books simultaneously. One is a contemporary suspense and the other another historical. So nice of you to give me a hello. Ever once and a while I see your mother, in fact I saw her in a car passing by today. She seems to be doing well. Take care. Cheers, Carol.
